  • Save the box. Keep the box and all the packing your computer or laptop arrived in. If you ever need to send it back to us, the original box and packing is the safest way to ship it.
  • If you're having issues after you've watched the videos, review the Troubleshooting Tips.
  • If you're still stuck, call the technical support number on your sticker.
